So. Once Upon a Time.

When we first got the promo for Skin Deep I was entirely upset by the Beast = Rumples thing. I adore this show, but I was one hundred and ten percent sure that it couldn't win me over on this one.

So. I've been really needing a place to vent my mental state with annoying everyone on the planet. Plus, it would be nice to talk about myself without having to narrow it down to one or two sentences.

Therefore, I'm creating a personal filter for that kind personal stuff, both on DW and LJ.

Not that I'm anticipating it, haha, but if anybody wants on the filter...let me know? ♥

So in case anybody was wondering, check out LiveJournals upcoming plans for the site! I mean, I was already attempting to move over to DreamWidth as best as I can, but this is rather the final nail the coffin for me.

My difficulty in jumping ship entirely is in a handful of communities and, of course, you guys. I don't want to come across all ~whee dreamwidth, yay kool-aid!~, but if I could encourage anybody to come join me...as far as I can tell, you still don't need a code!...and...stuff. My reading page just feels so...empty.

In related news, I kind of updated my profile. It's...there. In my defense, I'm really super bad at that sort of thing. But yeah, gettin' into this site for realsies and everything.

Entirely non-DW-relatedly: FESTIVIDS EEE. Always makes me want to give vidding another shot, I have so much music bouncing around in my brain. But that's not the point, the point is that SO GOOD. ~MY FEELS~! Faves:

Firstly: Fringe!

( Worst road trip ever )

And Once Upon a Time! was unbelievably fabulous last week (I love Rumples! And Robert Carlyle! Ugh why are the villains on the show so fucking compelling), but it was pretty meh this time around. The little girl looked ridiculously familiar (and was so badass! yay) but I'm too lazy to actually look her up.

Can I just say though, whoever casts this show is awesome, I love seeing people pop up all the time. But, I mean. ( The father ) will never not give me the creeps.

You guys, Once Upon a Time comes back tomorrow! And it's Rumplestiltskins ep! (And written by Jane Espenson! Not that it'd necessarily be the first, because I haven't really been paying attention, but it's a plus!) And I am so excited! Everything about this will be wonderful and heartwarming.

Additionally, I was attempting to rewatch Buffy along with Mark but all of a sudden I'm almost done with the second season and just want to keep going. Jesus, this show though. And the things it does to me, emotionally. Buffy was basically the number one pop culture thingy to influence me during my ~formative years and I just want to watch all of it at once.

Also, it's pretty awesome to see someone watching it and reacting for the very first time and sometime I wish it were me? Although god knows how much less awesome I would be without having watched Buffy as a relatively young person.

Would I even like it? omg.

Not chicken out.

Study German at least once a week. Listening to music/watching show boots does not count.

Pick another language to study and stick to that.

Drink tea.

Take pictures of myself and find myself hot.

Had a pretty good holiday. The amount of tolerance I currently have for my family is in the red, but I'm pretty sure that describes like 99% of people right now.

Today sucked, though. Oh sure, I got my SWTOR account back without having to embarrass myself to customer service again, but then ( a wave of depression came and punched me in the face )

Originally this post was going to be about my new year's resolutions but now I'm just like oh okay whatever. I'll do them tomorrow. Or later! Later. I don't know.

I have to go reply to this guy on Facebook so he doesn't think I hate him but it's scary.

And kind of worried about Nar Shaddaa now that I'm officially two levels below where I should be. I guess I should go do Athiss (a time or three...) but my last flashpoint experience was fairly awful so I'm feeling avoidant. (Firefox, you're stupid, avoidant is obviously a word.)

So...super duper belated Happy Merry to alls y'alls!! Mine were good, I did stuff and got slash bought stuff and I'm trying to be more fashiony but am pretty clueless there so.

And lastly, anybody feel like recommending me books? I got a Nook just recently and it's my goal to read all the things!!!, or at least start reading regularly again. (Especially since I'll be on campus much longer this semester than last, like hours upon hours per day, I need something to do.)
